"Things I like about PieceBuilder (not necessarily in order, just as I thought about them.)
- Ease of use
- Easy and quick to upload multiple images for multiple pages
- Flexibility
- Doesn't crash while you're in the middle of doing something
- Everything is quick to save - when you click on a save button, it's instant - you don't have to wait 5 minutes for something to happen.
- Especially like being able to click a few clicks and a site is fully published with ecommerce builder.
- While other sitebuilders have templates available, PieceBuilder is quicker to load because there aren't all the unneeded bells and whistles that people don't absolutely have to have.
- Flexibility not only to build whatever website you want, but also flexible enough to put options in including different pictures, prices for different options, different shipping options, etc.
- No clutter on the settings pages - others like GoDaddy and Yahoo have so many options that it's difficult to figure out which ones you need to use. PieceBuilder is extremely straightforward and easy to navigate. Some areas take practice, once you get going however, it's easy to figure out.
What I'd like to maybe see in the future:
- Some basic background templates that look awesome without making sites come up slower.
- Some basic header/footer templates that make sites look good instantly - i.e. a few business related templates, a few 'fun' templates, maybe holiday templates, etc.
- Easier to navigate around adding items and images - maybe being able to add all at the same time without having to go to a few different places. It's not too bad now, just takes a little getting used to.
Just so that you know, sitebuilders I've used: godaddy.com, webs.com, homestead.com, and yahoo.com merchant. probably a few others but these are ones that come to mind."
