We discovered a bug in the shopping cart tool that is now fixed. Before the bug fix, a user removing two or more of the top items from the shopping cart resulted in dumping the entire contents of the shopping cart. We located the problem in the shopping cart program, corrected it, performed comprehensive testing, and released the patch today. |
| April 17, 2010 | The issue with double quotes has been resolved for the Item name, Item number, and Selection text fields. Piece Builder™ now supports double quotes ("), and single quotes (') for those elements. |
| April 15, 2010 | Double quotes in the "Item name" field under the Items submenu, and the "Selection text" field under the Options submenu are causing pages to fail. This was discovered today, and only affects our eCommerce customers. We are working to resolve the issue. Until this issue is resolved, please avoid using double quotes (") and single quotes (') in those two fields. Once the investigation is complete and the resolution is in place, we will notify users on this page. |

When verifying the new Contact and Support forms in Internet Explorer this morning, we found a bug in our Terms of Use page. A direct copy and paste from Microsoft Word into CKEditor results in tags appearing in the page for IE. This isn't a serious problem, but it causes the agreement to be difficult to read. We will rebuild our Terms of Use page to correct the problem. Until this issue is fixed, please use Firefox to read our Terms of Use page. |

Rebuilt flash videos due to a known virtual memory management issue with the first build. Videos are now streaming and don't create computer slowing. The flash videos are located here. |
